CrownPointe Commerce Park is a strategically located industrial development in Orlando, Florida, offering convenient access to I-4, Florida’s Turnpike, John Young Parkway, and the Beachline Expressway. McDonald developed six industrial buildings within the park over three phases. Phase I, completed in 2000, included one rear-load and one cross-dock distribution building totaling 402,932 square feet. Phase II, delivered in 2004 and 2006, added two rear-load distribution buildings totaling 266,078 square feet. Phase III, completed in 2007, included two additional rear-load distribution buildings totaling 255,499 square feet. McDonald sold all six buildings in separate transactions upon completion of each development phase.
