Georgia Commerce Center I is a master-planned industrial park developed by McDonald in 2005, strategically located on Brampton Road directly across from Gate 3 of the Garden City Container Terminal—the primary container terminal at the Port of Savannah. The park offers immediate access to the interstate network via I-516, located just south of the site. It features two Class A warehouse distribution buildings totaling 518,900 square feet, with Norfolk Southern providing direct rail service to Building 100. McDonald successfully sold the park in 2021.
