450 Gills Drive is an 86,240-square-foot, front-load distribution building with rail access, located in Orlando, Florida, within the Crossroads Business Center near the intersection of the Beachline Expressway, Florida’s Turnpike, and US Highway 441. McDonald purchased the last undeveloped parcel in the park in 2014, completed construction of the building in 2016, and successfully sold the property in 2017.
