North Park Commerce Center is a 35-acre master-planned business park developed by McDonald in Sanford, Florida, just north of Orlando. The park offers convenient access to I-4 and the Central Florida Greeneway, providing excellent connectivity throughout the Orlando region. In 2009, McDonald delivered two rear-load distribution buildings totaling 117,600 square feet. Both buildings were successfully sold in 2017, followed by the sale of the remaining 25 acres of land in 2020.
