Sand Lake Commerce Center is a 20-acre business park developed by McDonald in Orlando, Florida. Strategically positioned at the intersection of Sand Lake Road and Winegard Road, the park offers convenient access to I-4, Florida’s Turnpike, the Beachline Expressway, and Orlando International Airport. In early 2020, McDonald completed two rear-load warehouse distribution buildings totaling 230,117 square feet. McDonald successfully sold the business park along with an adjacent retail outparcel in 2020.
