Southpark is a 352-acre master-planned business park developed by McDonald on Southpark Boulevard off of Anvil Block Road at I-675 in Clayton County, Georgia, just one exit south of I-285. The park offers excellent access to Atlanta’s major interstate network including I-75, I-85, I-20, and I-285, as well as the freight terminals at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Since 1992, McDonald has built, leased, managed, and sold multiple buildings within the park, contributing to its current total of over 2 million square feet of industrial space.
