Westport is a 249-acre master-planned industrial park owned by McDonald in Suffolk, Virginia, strategically positioned to serve the container terminals of the Port of Virginia. Located at the intersection of Manning Bridge Road and US-58, the park offers direct access to US-58, I-64, I-264, I-664, and I-95, enabling efficient distribution throughout the East Coast. In 2024, McDonald built and sold Building 100, a 568,000 square foot build-to-suit facility. Approximately 144 acres are available in the park for development of Building 200, a planned 1.4 million square foot distribution building, as well as approximately 30 acres fronting on US-58 for development of up to 150,000 square feet of retail space. These sites are available for sale or build-to-suit for lease or purchase.
