Windward Chase is a three-building business park developed by McDonald in 1999 and 2000. Windward Chase is located on Old Alpharetta Road at the intersection of McFarland Road and McGinnis Ferry Road, near Georgia 400 in Alpharetta, Georgia. The park is part of the expansive 1,500-acre Windward Business Park, a master-planned development that features a mix of office, industrial, retail, hotel, residential, and recreational facilities. Windward Chase includes one single-story office building and two flex buildings totaling 412,540 square feet. All three buildings were successfully sold by McDonald in 2021.
