Windward Ridge is a business park developed by McDonald between 1996 and 1999, located on Windward Ridge Parkway at McGinnis Ferry Road near Georgia 400 in Alpharetta, Georgia. The park features a mix of single and multi-tenant rear-load distribution and flex buildings. Windward Ridge is part of the expansive 1,500-acre Windward Business Park, a master-planned community that includes office, industrial, hotel, retail, residential and recreational facilities. McDonald successfully sold its 18,000 square-foot building in 2018, followed by the sale of its remaining four buildings totaling 312,800 square feet in 2021.
