McDonald Development Company plans to start work in the first quarter of next year on a distribution center at the Crossroads Distribution Park on Gills Drive in Orlando.

As planned, the facility would include 86,500 square feet with front-loading capabilities.

Tom McFadden and William Bradford, principals with Lee & Associates Central Florida, represented Duke Realty in its $832,960 sale of the 4.38-acre site. Lee & Associates will also handle leasing for the space.
