Austin McDonald oversees the company’s overall operations and strategic direction, with direct responsibility for accounting, leasing, and property management. He works closely with the company’s investor base and maintains long-standing relationships with a broad range of financial institutions that provide both equity and debt capital for development and operating projects.

Mr. McDonald leads the company’s development activities in the State of Florida, including direct oversight of leasing and property management for the firm’s existing industrial parks, as well as the identification and execution of new development opportunities throughout the state. He also supports and oversees new development initiatives in other markets.

He began his career at Carter & Associates, a full-service regional real estate firm based in Atlanta, where he was involved in development pro forma analysis, property valuation, acquisitions and dispositions, lease analysis, and project financing across multiple asset types.

Mr. McDonald holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Vanderbilt University and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia.

He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Family Office Exchange (FOX), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Mr. McDonald has held numerous leadership and civic roles, including service on the Executive Committee of the Atlanta Vanderbilt Alumni Association, Past President of the Pace Academy Alumni Association Board, founding member of the FOX Rising Generation Advisory Board, and League Director and Coach with the Northside Youth Organization (NYO). He currently serves as Vice Chairman and original board member of both the Atlanta Aerotropolis Community Improvement District and the South Forsyth Community Improvement District.
