Jill Norwood joined McDonald Development Company in 2010. She is responsible for managing the office of the CEO, overseeing all human resources functions, and coordinating the daily office administration.

Ms. Norwood has had a 30+ year career working as an Executive Assistant and human resources professional in family-owned businesses.

She is a graduate of Iowa State University.
