Jill Norwood joined McDonald Development Company in 2010 and plays a central role in supporting the organization’s leadership and operations.

She manages the Office of the Chairman and CEO, oversees all human resources functions, and coordinates the daily office administration.

Ms. Norwood has had a 30+ year career as both an Executive Assistant and human resources professional, primarily within family-owned businesses. Her career is distinguished by her ability to support organizational growth and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Management from Iowa State University.
