301 Business Center is a 68.84-acre master-planned industrial park developed by McDonald in 2019. Strategically located in Tampa—just west of I-75 between SR 574 and SR 60, and approximately 2.5 miles from I-4—the park offers prime access to major transportation routes. It features four distribution buildings, including one cross-dock, one front-load, and two rear-load facilities, totaling 867,619 square feet. McDonald successfully sold the park in 2021.
