Clermont Business Center is a 9.4-acre business park developed by McDonald in 2019. The park is located in Clermont, Florida, just south of SR 50 near Orlando with convenient access to I-75, I-95, I-4, and Florida’s Turnpike.  Completed in 2019, the park contains two front-load, Class A, warehouse distribution buildings totaling 107,806 square feet.  McDonald sold the park in 2021.
