Georgia Commerce Center II is an 84-acre industrial park developed by McDonald in 2007, located on Telfair Road in Savannah, Georgia. Positioned just three miles from Gate 3 of the Garden City Container Terminal—the main container terminal at the Port of Savannah—the park offers direct connectivity to I-16 and I-95 via I-516. In 2007, McDonald delivered two Class A warehouse distribution buildings totaling 711,473 square feet, both served by rail via CSX and Norfolk Southern. The buildings were successfully sold in 2016, with the remaining land sold in 2019.
