Georgia Commerce Center II is an 84-acre industrial park developed by McDonald in 2007, located on Telfair Road in Savannah, Georgia. Positioned just three miles from Gate 3 of the Garden City Container Terminal – the main container terminal at the Port of Savannah – the park offers direct connectivity to I-16 and I-95 via I-516. In 2007, McDonald delivered two Institutional-quality warehouse distribution buildings totaling 711,473 square feet, both rail-served by CSX and Norfolk Southern. The buildings were successfully sold in 2016, with the remaining land sold in 2019.
