Lee Vista Business Center is an 80.83-acre master-planned business park located within Lee Vista, a 1,900-acre mixed-use development in Orlando, Florida, directly across from Orlando International Airport. The park offers exceptional connectivity with nearby access to the Beachline Expressway, linking to I-75, I-95, I-4, Florida’s Turnpike, and the 417/Central Florida Greeneway. McDonald delivered Phase I in 2009, featuring two rear-load distribution buildings (Buildings D and E) totaling 333,300 square feet. Phase II was completed in 2015 and added a 145,800 square-foot rear-load building (Building F). The Phase I and II buildings were successfully sold in 2016. Phase III, completed in 2018, included a 159,884 square-foot rear-load distribution building (Building G), which was sold in 2019.
