North Chase At The Park is McDonald’s newest business park located in Huntersville, North Carolina, offering convenient access to I-77 via the Hambright Road Express Lanes. Phase I was completed in 2024 and includes three Class A rear-load industrial buildings on 27 acres, ranging in size from 89,065 square feet to 245,134 square feet. The buildings are designed with heavy car parking suitable for manufacturing users. Construction of Phase II has begun, which includes two new rear-load industrial buildings: Builidng 100 containing 201,940 square feet; and Building 400 containing 135,276 square feet. Completion is scheduled for 2Q 2026. Four additional buildings are planned for future phases in the park. At full build-out, the park will contain nine industrial buildings totaling over 1.2 million square feet.
