Peachtree North is a 51-acre business park developed by McDonald in Suwanee, Georgia, a northern suburb of Atlanta. Ideally situated with frontage on and nearby access to I-85, the park offers excellent connectivity to the greater Atlanta area and other major interstates including I-285, I-75, and I-20. McDonald developed four industrial buildings within the park in 1997 and 1998, consisting of one front-load and three rear-load facilities totaling 708,370 square feet. All buildings were successfully sold in 2014. McDonald sold the remaining 1.5-acre corner retail parcel in 2022.
