Southmeadow is a 404-acre master-planned business park conveniently located just one mile from I-285 off of Camp Creek Parkway at Welcome All Road in Atlanta, Georgia. The park was developed by McDonald in two phases—Southmeadow West and Southmeadow East. Since 1997, McDonald has built, leased, managed, and sold multiple buildings in the park, contributing to its over 2.3 million square feet of existing single and multi-tenant industrial buildings. McDonald owns sites in the park available for build-to-suit for sale or lease.
