Southmeadow is a 404-acre master-planned business park developed by McDonald in two phases—Southmeadow West and Southmeadow East. Conveniently located just one mile from I-285 off Camp Creek Parkway at Welcome All Road, Since 1997, McDonald has developed, managed, leased, and sold multiple buildings within the park, contributing to its over 2.3 million square feet of existing single and multi-tenant industrial buildings. Upon full build-out, Southmeadow will comprise over 3.8 million square feet of distribution space. McDonald owns sites in the park available for build-to-suit for sale or lease.
