Virginia Commerce Center is a 101-acre master-planned industrial park developed by McDonald in Suffolk, Virginia, strategically designed to serve the container terminals of the Port of Virginia. Located on Kenyon Road off of US-58, the park provides efficient access to US-58, US-460, I-64, I-264, I-664, and direct connectivity to I-95, facilitating distribution throughout the East Coast. In 2008, McDonald constructed Building 100—a 385,320 square foot cross-dock warehouse with an adjacent 675-space trailer lot—which was successfully sold in 2016. Building 200, a 342,640 square foot front-load facility, was completed in 2025, while Building 400, a 290,009 square foot rear-load facility with CSX rail access, is planned for construction in 2026.
