Forsyth Commerce Center is McDonald’s 94-acre master-planned business park located in Cumming, Georgia, at the intersection of Highway 9 and Highway 141 (Exit 13 off GA 400) in Forsyth County. Phase I was completed in 2023 and features two Class A rear-load industrial buildings: Building 100 with 207,276 square feet and Building 200 with 151,926 square feet. Phase II was completed in 2025 and includes Building 300, a 134,760-square-foot rear-load facility. Two additional buildings are planned for future phases totaling approximately 450,000 square feet. At full buildout, the park will comprise five industrial buildings totaling more than 880,000 square feet.
